What makes our agency unique is we specialize in a couple of lines of business so we can provide outstanding service and focus completely on life insurance. Clients are always amazed at how quickly we respond and follow up and resolve issues.

That is part of our commitment to service but in our opinion a reflection of not being pulled in too many directions and knowledgeable about the products we represent. We utilize General Agencies who provide us with additional support so that underwriting is done in an efficient manner.

Here is how we like to proceed with consumers. We prefer to get an idea of the needs of each individual or family including budget constraints and health issues so that the most accurate proposal(s) can be generated. We would personally rather under promise and over deliver than the other way around.

We want consumers to know what to expect including any blood or urine tests that will be required and the worst case premiums that will be charged for a designated life insurance amount. Nobody wants to complete paperwork and go through tests and then find out the variables have changed significantly. It's why we like to do preliminary underwriting and quoting.

We have access to all the carriers who have varying rates and standards to qualify so there can be differences among companies so it's important to place the right carrier with certain individuals.

We also don't believe in overselling an individual or family. For instance, if an individual wants 1 million of coverage but based on our inquiry we believe this is slightly outside of their budget then we will recommend a lower face amount because it's better to comfortably afford a policy and it being in force than something that might lapse at an inopportune time.

We are also very low key in the sense we do what we are asked and don't aggressively follow-up. Our job is to recommend, advise, educate and provide support. We respect your time frames and wishes. We also do not push financial products or any other business. When you contact us about life insurance you will only be provided with life insurance information that you requested.
